Cancelation & Refund policy
BatataWala.com believes in Better Service to its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order on BatataWala.com?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has delivered:
-If you received the product and the product on arrival is damaged, expired or faulty, we will refund your amount on the spot or within 3 day. Our supply member checks the quality of all ordered products before they reach at your door step.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 3 working days from the date of cancellation of order by delivery boy or secure online transaction,
Only in cases where there are defects found with the product checked at the time of Delivery and No Later than that.
If we found some harassment Activities from user so we reject the full Refund and we charge money as time value.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is open or damaged before delivery,please do not accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9920271714 or email us at Batatawala1@gmail.com, mentioning your Order ID or No. We will personally ensure that a new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
Free Delivery for Orders above Rs. 149/-.
Fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged for Orders BelowRs. 149/-
We provide free home delivery to selected area ie. Dahisar,- East &West, Borivali East, & Mira road
Except above area we deliver as per customer demand with delivery charge of Rs.50 in Mumbai
Our prices are all inclusive.
What is the Time of Delivery?
Batatawala delivers from 9 am – 9 pm in 4 delivery slots in Mumbai city, 7 days a week. You will receive your order as per the confirmation given by our team.
Do I Get Free Delivery?
Yes, Batatawala provides free home delivery on all orders (minimum order of Rs. 149). However if your order is below Rs. 149 then you have to pay a minimum charge of Rs. 50 added to your bill.
What happens if delivery is late?
We try our best to deliver within the time committed. However, if we are going to be slightly late due to unavoidable circumstances like vehicle breakdown or traffic, our Customer Service team will be in touch to inform you for the same.
What happens if I’m not there at home when delivery is reached?
We will call you and confirm your presence as the order is ready for dispatch. Your order will be delivered as per committed time. If you are not at home or unavailable when we reach, we will schedule a re-delivery for you. However, a fee of Rs. 50 will be appended to your bill.
Can I change my delivery slot and date?
Yes, your delivery date & slot can be changed by reaching out to our Customer Service team on +91-996-7766-882 or batatawala1@gmail.com before your order is dispatched. If this intimation comes post-dispatch of order, a fee of Rs. 30 will be appended to your bill.
